Prior to co-founding the Land Promotion Group, I worked for almost 30 years in the house building industry. I have worked for regional and national developers as both Land Director or Land Manager and during these roles I have been responsible for identifying land with planning and development potential.

This site identification and acquisition experience has been gained throughout the South West and I have enjoyed a successful track record. During my career I have also worked for a national retirement developer giving me the experience to identify sites suitable for a variety of uses. 

I was born in the South West and have been fortunate to have worked here throughout my career. 

Immediately before co-founding the Land Promotion Group, I was Land & Planning Director for a large national house-building company, responsible for delivering planning permissions and site acquisitions across the South West.

Prior to that I worked for a number of regional developers. I was born in the South West and continue to work here.
